Mr. Switaj is President of Irish Eagle Restaurants, LLC, a Virginia restaurant company franchising Jersey Mike's Subs. He's a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and resides in Ashburn with his wife Sheryl, and Parishioners of St. Theresa Catholic Church.
He is a contributor to the Fellowship of Christian Athletes whose values demonstrate a steadfast commitment to Jesus Christ and His Word through Integrity, Serving, Teamwork and Excellence.
Mr. Switaj will present his topic "Be a Sub Above, be a Christian Above", highlighting the challenge of living our Catholic faith in the Public Square. Greg will discuss the giving culture of the Jersey Mike's superior brand and the opportunities to live and practice Christian Stewardship on a daily basis.
