Patricia E. Tichenor graduated cum laude from the American University, Washington College of Law in Washington, D.C. She received her B.A. degree Magna Cum Laude in English Literature from Hofstra University in New York
Prior to opening her own practice, Ms. Tichenor worked for the Office of the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Agriculture headquarters in Washington. She was responsible for regulatory oversight, investigation and enforcement for the Food Stamp Program, as well as a number of other programs managed by the Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) in Alexandria, Virginia.
Ms. Tichenor opened the Law Office of Patricia E. Tichenor, P.L.L.C. in 2001, to offer legal services in estate planning and family law. She brings experience in estate planning, securities arbitration, criminal defense and divorce, as well as consulting services for the Technical Advisory Service for
Ms. Tichenor hails from Minnesota but is a world traveler who has developed a passion for the Korean culture, often traveling to Korea and studying its language.
