   Clerk of the Circuit Court, Loudoun County, Virginia

      Topic: My Faith Journey and Challenges for 

      Public Servants in a Fast-Growing Jurisdiction

Gary M. Clemens has served as the Clerk of the Circuit Court for the past 18 years.  He is dedicated to implementing customer service programs that provide premium service to Loudoun citizens.  

He has served as the president for the Virginia Association of Constitutional Officers and the as the president of the Virginia Court Clerks’ Association (VCCA.) 

He currently serves as the chair for the VCCA Public Relations Committee and he also serves on the Legislative and Career Development committees.    

Gary serves on the Board of Directors for the Visit Loudoun Foundation, the James Madison University Political Science Alumni Board and the Board of Directors for the Loudoun Free Clinic.  

Gary has lived in Loudoun County for 52 years, residing in Western Loudoun before moving to Eastern Loudoun.   

Gary will share his faith journey as it relates to serving as a public servant in fast paced Loudon County.
